L shaped stainless steel teflon PTFE immersion heater

Teflon heater has strong resistance to chemical corrosion, which is applicable to heat in highly destructive liquid.

Material, its inside heating tube uses SUS316, and its outside covers DuPont PTEE(F6)from America. All Teflon heaters can match with PT-100, Temperature fuse, and temperature switch.

It is not applicable to heat in over-blended liquid, while poor heat dissipation will influence the service life of the products. We are able to make products according to customers’ request, at present, we have the following: combination type, L shape, coil shape for your reference. When using the product, please don’t collide or scratch the surface of the Teflon.

Features of Teflon Immersion heaters:

1.We select stainless steel (SUS316 or SUS304) as the internal electric chip, outside covers PFA Teflon tube, which is resistant to erosion and applicable to heat in various erosive liquid.

2.Low power is designed on the surface which insures service year of the product.

3.Attention should be paid on the location of the installation of electric heaters: prevent solid contents sinking on the surface of the heater, or liquid too cohesive, its surface too low will lead to short circuit.

4.All heaters can be used with overheat protection switches or PT100 Heat detector to insure the service year and security of accessory.

5.As Teflon is resistant to corrosion, it is widely used in heating gold plating, copper plating, nickel plating of oxidizing acid and various chemical liquids.

6.We are able to design a wide range of styles, such as, L shape, U shape, W shape, coil shape, combination style and so on.
