The cartridge heater is a tube-shaped, heavy-duty, industrial Joule heating element used in the process heating industry, usually custom manufactured to a specific watt density, based on its intended application. Compact designs are capable of reaching a watt density of up to 30W/cm².
Pencil heaters from Shenglong Heaters are an excellent choice to use as a conductive source for heating solid metal plates, blocks and dies or as a convective heat source for use in a variety of liquids and gases. Pencil heaters can be used in a vacuum atmosphere with proper design guidelines.

A:For the small order, Generally it is 3-5 days as all cartridge heater made by order. For the mass order, it is according to quantity and the request of cartridge heater to confirm.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample but do not pay the cost of freight.
